The Nutcracker 2025 with Kings International Ballet - Auditions  July 12th 2025

​

Performance Dates : 5th to the 11th December 2025 at  The Macready Theatre , Rugby. 

 

We are looking for children agaed 8 years to 15 years to be cast as Party Children, Rats and Angels in this Professional Production. 

 

Please note that we will have three casts performing in various allocated  performances, casting will be confirmed once rehearsals have started .

 

Please note that that the Artistic Director’s decision is final and no negotiations will be entered into .

Rehearsal dates are 11th and 18th October, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th November 

​

There will be further rehearsals after school hours during the production week TBC : 1st to 4th December 

​

These rehearsals will take place at :Kings International Ballet Academy, King Street. Barwell . LE9 8GQ

​

Production week = These rehearsals will take place at The Macready Theatre 

Friday 5th Dec: Dress Run / Open Rehearsal

Saturday 6th Dec:  2.00 pm & 7.30 pm
Sunday 7th Dec: 12.00pm (workshop)  4.00 pm performance
Tuesday 9th Dec: 7.30pm

Wednesday 10th Dec: 7.30pm

Thursday 11th Dec: 7.30pm

The  Nutcracker Performance Course fee is £300 per student . This fee includes all tuition, production costs and costume hire - please note  students  need to provide their own tights, underwear, ballet shoes, character shoes and makeup.
